Our teams shape each project with precision, flexibility and a keen eye for detail. A table coming to life, a glass being passed around, a sunset changing the entire scene: Perruche creates bespoke moments with Paris as the backdrop.
In the kitchen, Provençal and Mediterranean flavours take the lead. A colourful, generous cuisine made for sharing, true to the spirit of the place.

L'orangerie
A romantic and bucolic garden, L’Orangerie extends the Perruche experience in a more intimate and enveloping atmosphere.
Framed by natural materials, it opens onto Paris like a living picture, between sky, rooftops and monuments. A true green oasis, it blends Parisian elegance with Mediterranean softness in a bright, leafy and suspended setting.
Designed for the winter season, L’Orangerie offers a rare place to host above the city, sheltered yet still connected to the magic of the view.

The Bar and the Belvedere
Facing the Paris sky, the Bar and Belvedere capture Perruche at its most carefree. Guests come for the view, the evening air, the music, and that feeling of being elsewhere without ever leaving Paris.
The cocktails are sunlit, light and almost seaside in spirit, like a holiday memory set upon the rooftops of the capital. In this lush setting, the rhythm rises gently, carried by the energy of the venue and a rare face-to-face with the Eiffel Tower.
From May to October, weather permitting, the Belvedere becomes one of those suspended spaces where Paris takes on a Mediterranean mood.
